Outgoing calls ringing off the hook

Hello, I just got an LG G3 on Sprint a week ago and for some reason some of my outgoing calls will start dialing and immediately just do the "off the hook" tone. I tested to see whether this happens to everyone I call by calling one of my coworkers and the call went through fine. This "off the hook" scenario has happened to me twice for two different numbers, and their phones are not off the hook. When I used my coworkers phone to call them it went right through. I do have service in the area I am at. I even have 3G. This has never happened to me on my Samsung S4 when I owned that. Why is this happening and only to certain numbers I call???

1. Calls are 2G, so whether you have 3G or not doesn't matter.

2. It could be a problem your carrier is having. Bring the phone into them.
