i got lg g3 LS990. i have that mobile feom my brother, an he got a problem. he dont want to recunize other sim card. i cant put my own sim card phone inside. he dont ask for code or somthing else. it wass from sprint usa. how can i fix that problem . thanx

Welcome to Android Central! Sprint is a CDMA network, so it's possible the phone isn't compatible with whatever carrier you're trying to use.

It's also possible the phone isn't eligible to be unlocked for use on another carrier. See their policies here: Legal / Regulatory & Consumer Resources

I think the 990 is capable of international use with the sim card. But I'll bet it's got some Sprint restriction on it anyway. A call to Sprint maybe?
