I was experiencing a very poor battery life on my G3, i tried nearly everything in software point of view (apps like Juice Defender and others) but then i found i had a bad battery, rather a very bad battery. I was getting a 2 hour SoT.
Then i bought a genuine LG battery, I was just amazed by the battery performance, on a full charge i was getting 2 days of normal use and still had 10-15 % juice left. I experienced only a 2 percent battery drain while my 8 hour sleep time. I was getting a 4-5 hour SoT, but then suddenly my new battery started behaving just like the old one. Now it drops 8 percent while i am asleep. And SoT has dropped. And it hardly gets me past the 18 hour mark on a full charge.
