Speaker function not working on call

I just created an account cuz I got some stuff wrong with my new phone, LG G3. Forgive me if I created a thread of another one with the same topic or is in the wrong subject.

My phone's speakers don't put any sound when I call somebody, however they can hear me fine. Also, when somebody calls me and I put my phone on speaker, I can hear them and they can hear me just fine.
Anything I can do? Factory reset? I've already had to do that because of a different problem I've had with my phone.
Thanks.

Re: Speaker function not working on call

Welcome to Android Central! Is this only when using the speakerphone function? Can you hear the other person when you're making a normal call, or using wired or Bluetooth headsets?

Try Safe Mode, which can tell you if the problem lies with a 3rd party app: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11934

Re: Speaker function not working on call

The thing is when I pick the speaker option and can't hear anybody, I then go back to the normal option. It's still silent. All I can do id hang up and call them back and only stay on normal mode, or wait for them to call me so I can put it on speaker.

Re: Speaker function not working on call

Update, everything now becomes silent when I put my phone on speaker, regardless whether its an incoming or outgoing call

Same here. As soon as I put caller on speaker I lose all sound. Take them off speaker, still no sound. Only way to fix it is to hang up and call them back.
