Phone stuck on Android is upgrading... Optimizing app # of #.. HELP

My LG G3 is stuck on a android is upgrading... Optimizing app 160 of 207. This may take longer depending on apps. Please do not remove the battery until complete. I was just upgrading to a new version and everything was going well until it got stuck here. I have been waiting for about 2 hours and its still like this.. I tried pushing the power button and holding it but nothing happened. please help.

Welcome to the forums. 2 hours is way too long. Has the phone gone onto the next app yet? I don't think I would suggest trying to power down the device while it's doing this.

You may need to consider contacting LG for what to do next.
