LG G3 t-mobile wifi not working

Hey guys am hoping someone can tell me about the LG G3 WiFi issue I'm having. All it does is not turning on keeps trying but never does, I tried the factory reset, and also the firmware downgrade to stock and still get the same failure. Has anybody else had this problem if so how can I fix it? Or if I can't I guess LG isn't for me. just recently bought this phone brand new.. Help please, Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! I would guess it's a hardware problem. If this occurs in Safe Mode as well (https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11934), contact T-Mobile or LG about a replacement phone under warranty. Try T-Mobile first--if the phone is really new, they might just give you a replacement on the spot, even if it's past the 2 week return window.

Have the same phone with T-Mobile and no issues... It maybe a hardware issue.
