Smart Notice updated and now not working

I have a LG G3 D855. Phone has been brilliant over a year but the other day I had a notification there was a update to Smart notice.

I updated it and since then my accu weather widget, time widget and smart notice bar all on home screen dont work.

Cant see a way to uninstall the last update in settings either!

Is this something pre-installed? If so looking at it on the play store will offer you the option to uninstall the updates. Unfortunately once an app has been updated it's rare to be able to uninstall just the update. I think your only option for that would be to track down the current version number and try Googling the apk for an older version. Then you would have to uninstall the app to install the apk.
