Lg g3 fails in safe mode

Hi, i've been having issues with this *blimin* thing, it's been crashing within camera apps and ive had to pull the battery or plug in the cord......
now i have ran it in safe-mode, and the bog standard lg camera app, and it stil fails, trying to take photos, mostly with the flash, and even worse in
a dark environment......does this resign it to a hardware fault ?

Have you considered trying a Backup & Reset?

Hi and thanks, yes i have, i find these backup and reset methods.....rudimentary
and ive never seen them restore your phone to where it was beforehand, you get your phone working how you want it, to have
to start all over much like system restore in Pc , it's hit and miss at times, but thanks for your help
