Phone says LG-VS985R, but IMEI lookup says LS990 G3. Which one is it?

The sticker on my phone and the "About" phone section says my phone is the LG-VS985R.
However, I ran an IMEI check to get more specific specs to include in my eBay auction, and it says the model is LS990 G3.
Comparing the two, I saw only one difference: GSM Mhz band.

Which phone do I have? My reaction is to go with the sticker under the battery, but I want to be as detailed as possible in my auction so I don't confuse anyone and falsely advertise it.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you buy it brand new from a wireless carrier, or unlocked from an independent seller? My guess is that the phone model is VS985R, but someone flashed the LS990 firmware to make it compatible with different bands. This is common with Samsung phones, but I'm not sure how often it's seen with LG phones.
