LG G4 v. Samsung Galaxy S6 Camera Test (VIDEO)

I thought it was close
I didnt like the audio on the G4, but it focuses much faster than the S6
I thought the S6 had better outdoor shots in daylight
I thought it was a tie with the front facing pic when the guy was in the car
The S6 pics is warmer than the G4 and its noticeable
I thought the S6 was a bit better indoors with the terminator shot

The S6 definitely has better audio quality. I generally prefer the G4 pics but both are pretty impressive and some pics were too close to call.

I saw that vid a few days ago, he also did a G3/iPhone comparo a while back. i agree about the video sound but the G4 looks great overall and especially in low light

It looks like whatever strides they made with the camera didn't extend to video recording. It's possible they can improve the audio with final production software, but it's difficult to believe it's that bad just because of software. It's also possible that the G4 is about par and the S6 is great rather than the G4 being that bad. I haven't really seen any other audio comparisons like this.

To my ears, it sounds like the sound gets fuller as the phone zooms in. This tells me that the hardware has the capacity, but software needs tweaking. What do you think?

The one missing comparison was low light front camera. Curious to see if the G4's 8MP f/2.0 looks better than the 5MP f/1.8 front facing camera of the S6 in low light conditions.

I can't wait to test the camera out myself. I will upload videos on YT.
