For those using Google play music, does the g4 count as an authorized smartphone?

I ask because I have 2 g4's, one counts as a smartphone, the other does not.

I am surprised it doesn't count. My G4 sure counts, as does my wife's iPhone 6, and both Nexus 4 phones my kids use.

That is what he means -- One G4 shows as smartphone but the other shows up as "Other".
