Google Photos won't stop syncing!

My Phone won't stop syncing Google Photos its like this already over 3-4 days almost with No stop the results?
Overheating like crazy over 110F maim source of battery drain within 2 hours off charger its dead!
Anybody has a solution or fix how to make this stop?
When I shut it off from under the settings it just turns its self back on without asking no matter how many times I try!

Where are you shutting it off at? If you got to Settings/Accounts/Google you should be able to untick the option there and kill it for good

Try resetting app preferences. Settings>Apps>menu>reset app preferences. This sometimes helps with Play issues. I have not thought of this before to suggest with a sync issue but it is worth a try.

I am talking from this setting! I uncheck it and it rechecks and starts all up by its self!

Yes no luck either, first it takes awhile till it loads that setting then I tried turning it off but nothing

What about disabling that and Google+ see if that helps. Maybe disable 1 at a time let's narrow down which app it is.

Can you post some screen shots of the battery usage so we know exactly what app it is

Cleared the data which is technically almost the same and was still syncing!

Since its 2 separate apps Google+ doesn't have that setting anymore!

On my note 4 I don't have the Google photos backup. Just Google+ photos. Not that long ago Google released their own photos app that was different than the one with Google+ can you disable the Google photos in application manager? If you done use google+ we can disable that also
