How can I fix a voice mate problem?

Voice Mate problems.

I have a small problem with my LG.

The problem is when I plug in my headphones and listen to music the Voice Mate app kicks in.
I do not know what the problem is (I have done some searching on the net, but could not get an answer that gives me the solution).

So if anyone knows a way of sorting out the problem (that's if there is a solution to it) I would be gratefully accept it.

Try clearing the defaults in the voicemate app.
Settings>app manager>swipe to all>go to voicemate>clear defaults

I would check the Smart Settings to see if it is set to automatically open that when head phones are plugged in. It is under the General settings tab, then smart settings.

I'm having the same issue with Voice Mate, its really annoying

In the end I did a factory reset, which seems to have sorted out the problem (fingers crossed).
