Former HTC One M7 user. Bought a G4 (VZW) 2 weeks ago. Still getting used to some nuances, but the phone is great so far.
Just got my first couple of voicemails. When I drag the notification window down it talks about setting up visual voice mail. I already went in the apps and disabled the voice mail app. It did give a small area to hit to dial *86 for voicemail. On my old phone, I had it set up in the phone settings to include the pauses and then enter my password+#. I did the same in the G4 phone settings. Not sure what I am missing where once the voicemail icon comes up that it does what I want it to do (dial voicemail and enter the password automatically).
