Notification Bar font size

is there any way to increase the size of the font in the notification bar? it is quit a bit smaller on my new G4 vs my old G3. In general the fonts seem smaller. I have my text size in display settings set to "maximum" now; it was "very large" on the G3. The G3 is on the right (or bottom one), and while the G4 looks ok in the browser, when on the phone, the notification icons are noticeably smaller.

Have you tried Settings and going to Accessibility ?

Yes. I already have the font size set to maximum. It's like the phone has higher resolution than the G3, so everything is smaller.

I found it too small to see if I wasn't looking dead on (because of the G4's poor viewing angles).

I went to the LG app and downloaded the "Serif" font and hit large in the settings size. "Serif" is much sharper and cleaner than the junk they shipped with the phone. It also looks professional in comparison.
