I have the sound profile bars all set as low as they can get before vibrate. Same for the main volume using the rear buttons.
When I get a message through the Inbox app, I get a very soft tone, but when I get a message from Outlook, the stock messenger app or Textra, it blasts very loud.
Trying to figure out why it's different and how to lower those.
Stock G4/T Mobile version (H811)
Any ideas would be appreciated.
UPDATE: it appears to be the Hangouts sound. Everything else seems to follow the phone's settings, but the Hangouts sound just does its own thing and blasts at full volume. For some reason, this doesn't surprise me.
