Unfortunately phone stopped

When I get an incoming call I get a message saying "unfortunately phone stopped"

I have done a factory reset cleared all the caches and it is still there.

What I did narrow it down to is the priority calling in the sound setting if I go to interruptions then select priority interruptions and leave "incoming calls" unchecked I am able to get and answer calls. As soon as I check incoming calls it gives me the phone stopped error.

I got that when I first purchased the phone. Think it's a lollipop bug. I reset my phone and didn't work instantly, however it started working next morning. No idea why? Sorry I don't have a fix but you could try reset.
