My LGG4 all of a sudden won't let me send or receive pics when texting. Help

I haven't had any issues with this phone until yesterday. It is not allowing any pics to be sent or received while texting but I can get pics through FB Messenger. I haven't done anything different or added any app to my phone. it acts like it's trying to download and/or send but never does.

If the pics are larger than 1MB (less with some carriers), they won't go. (If someone on an iPhone sends you a larger one, you won't get it.)

Clear cache in the messaging app. Reboot, try again.

BTW, which messaging app are you using?
