Reset my phone. Still acts dumb

I keep having issues loading some apps. For example sometimes I have to restart my phone to load up apps. I also have an issue where Gmail won't refresh without a restart. I also have a problem with installing apps. It says 'installing " but it stays at that option until you clear the play store. Then it will show "open" when you visit the apps page in the store. I did a reset and nothing as worked. I'm on Marshmallow, AT&T, and running Nova
