Unfortunately, call management has stopped working

[AC Question]

Purchased a LG G4 in January 2016, 2nd software upgrade..I've noticed since the upgrade ANY call whether on my contacts or Any incoming rings through but when "answering" the call, the screen fades out and the "unfortunately, call management has stopped working" and when I click "ok", the call gets rejected. It doesn't even show it as a missed call in Call Logs. How can this be fixed

Dump call apps contacts get rid of it call log monitor works yea!!!!

Just dump cll app contacts it's a continuing shutdown lg tribute hdv I dumped it and tried call log monitor it works but it won't with call apps contacts still loaded In I didn't try shutting it down tho and leaving it off I dumped call apps for good hopefully the app call log monitor works now with it gone off my lg tribute HD 4 months old what's next go back to my trusty old Moto g or a d it's the same phone but no upgrades at all don't care my Moto g rocks still 4 year old best camera for the price to bye goodluck
