Question on provider compatibility with "factory unlocked" phones

Hi all, my S4 finally died so I have set my sights on an LG G4,

Unfortunately buying it locally is not an option for me, so I have resorted to buying one online from the US.

My question is: if I buy a "factory unlocked" G4, even though it's model is the US991, the US version, or the H815, the European version, will I still be able to use it with my current sim card? It's a pre-paid sim by the way, and I live in Asia, the Philippines to be specific.

The US991 will work on 2G and 3G only. The H815 will work including 4G but only on Smart network. 4G is not supported by Sun or Globe. This site will help should you consider other phones WillMyPhoneWork.net - Check if your phone works on a network

Thanks! That is actually quite a useful site. I am a Globe user, so I guess either the US991 or the H185 will do.
