Google Play Services has stopped!?

All of sudden last night, my phone has started popping up a message that Google Pay services has stopped. It pops up about every 2-3 seconds. I have tried rebooting my phone. I uninstalled the only app I downloaded yesterday, which was Apple Music, and it continues. Any ideas on what is causing this or how to fix it?

Did you clean the data etc for that app alone?

I cleared the cache for Google Play Services, and did smart clean. I also ran a virus scan.

I would do a hard factory data reset if it continues. Back everything up before hand. I had this happen to me before. It got so annoying that i had too.

I think I fixed it. I changed my battery last night, and when I opened the phone, it was jiggling. I guess the phone interpreted the power interruption as a problem with Google play.
