LG g4 Screen Freeze Problem

Hello,

I'm having a constant problem with the screen freezing on my LG g4 h815 shortly after it is loaded on the main menu, i can be on any screen when it happens. I've tried a soft reset but when i try the volume down and power trick to go into the recovery mode, it just boots the vodaphone sign and goes straight in safe mode.

First, do a full backup while you still can, unless you have already.

And then you may have to reflash the ROM - or some hardware in the phone may be failing.
