LG G5 - No/Weak signal

Hi, I had the screen replaced on my LG G5 after it got cracked and since then I am having significant problems with the cellular signal.

When I switch the phone on, the signal bar is full but then almost immediately it drops off to 1-2 bars and then goes to no service. After that I get signals intermittently i.e. I will have no signal and then for two minutes I'll get a weak signal and all my messages would come through. My signal strength is consistently above 100 dBm (Ranges around 110-115).

The phone was working perfectly before the screen replacement. I would really appreciate some assistance!

I would speak with the company that performed the repair, must be some sort of short-term warranty.

Unfortunately they're not taking any responsibility. Their opinion Is that the phone has been blocked by the carrier because its stolen or something. They're clearly lost.
