    Hello

    I'm getting a request for SW update but it fails again and again. it includes Google usability improvements and Phone usability and functionality improvements.
    I tried doing the update via LG Bridge but still getting an error.

    Is this problem known? Is there a remedy?

    No I bought it separately from a web shop.

    Ok -- I was just checking if it was from Verizon, since they have their own Software Upgrade/Repair Assistant program.

    When does the error occur -- during the download of the update file, or the installation process itself? If it's during the download, is it doing so over wi-fi or mobile data?

    The error occurs during the installation process. I can run it again and write the error number if it helps.

    I'm afraid I won't know what to do with the error number. The problem with LG phones is that there is no easy way for the user to wipe the system cache partition, which is what I would normally suggest next. You can only do a factory reset, which is something you may want to consider, after backing up or syncing your important data.

    Otherwise, contact LG support and see if they can help. Good luck!
