    Hi i have lg g5 h850 and when i check for software update it says that I'm using the latest software( marshmallow) btw i live in cyprus(europe) my question is will i get the update eventually or do i have to do it manually which i don't wanna do? Thank you

    LG has always promised high and delivered low... I've owned two.. the G3 and G4 and LG boasted about updates, but they didn't get updated until March.

    I have an H850 on Three in the UK. I don't have it either. However I'm guessing it will come soon. I have tried LG bridge but it makes no difference. Since v6 works fine I can wait.

    It's strange, I have an H850 too (Italy here, no brand) but I got the update a few days later LG announced it officially.
    Maybe you could ask to LG directly through their "support live chat", I've used it time ago and it's been easy to have the answers I needed.
