Looking for some help. On my LG g5 when I'm done downloading a video I can watch it right away, but when I come back after a day or so I can't watch it anymore, it saying unsupported file. Why is this happening. Thanks.

The card could be corrupt or counterfeit. Can you try a different card? Or what happens if you download the videos to Internal Storage instead of the SD?

Does it only happen with videos from one particular site? If these are "free" movie downloads (of movies that are currently in the theaters), I'd be concerned about the high risk of malware.

They are not movies or anything like that. It's a safe site. I've downloaded lots already from them but about the last month or so I've been having that issue.

Ok, but does this only happen with videos from that site? Or does it happen with mp4 files downloaded from any site?

That makes me think it's an issue with the site. Try downloading mp4 files from other sites. If all of those play normally, and the ones from the site in question still have problems, then you've narrowed it down to a site issue. Can you contact whoever's in charge of that site for support?
