LG5 alarm at random times

Just bought LG5 . in the past week the alarm has gone off at 4:30, 3:15, 1:19 ,2:47. Can't shut it off, have to turn phone off. Obviously I do not have the alarms set. I have cleared cache, reset to factory default, talked with Verizon and can't fix. I did change my alarm tone but these phantom alarms continue to use original tone. Any ideas?

I wonder if you have an unknown (to you, that is) app installed that is popping the alarms. Is there anything in the notification shade when the alarm is active?

Examine every single app in the app drawer; anything that you do not immediately recognize, open it and see what it is.
