I have a new LG G6 (ex demo), Some of my phone contacts incoming calls fail, but I can still receive texts from them and other contacts work fine. The phone rings once and then tells the caller that the call has failed. My carrier is Telstra based in Aus. Any help would be greatly apricated.
Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of the phone? This can help us cross reference the supported network bands, and see if most or all of Telstra's bands are supported by the phone.

That variant should support all of Telstra's bands. Is your cell signal strong when this happens? Have you contacted Telstra about this?
It happens in all locations with various signal strength. Have check sim, good in other phone, some of the problem numbers are with Telstra as well.

Thanks for suggestion, I have tried resetting network settings, sending the unit back to the supplier. I believe it's a phone issue
