Is it really from G6? I have the lg g6 phone. But i am not that impressed with its camera. It simply blows off the details. The pictures taken from it doesn't look natural. Also in night shots there are lots of noise and blurs. Is LG doing something to improve its capabilities? I am from India and I contacted LG by writing email 1 month back. But got no response yet.

Hi. Can you tell something about the lack of details in the clicks taken by g6? Because I find its pathetic in capturing the details in puc.. Mostly washed out pictures .. Very bad experience with G6 as I bought this phone only for camera and quad dac audio. Both sucks

LG g6 is just unimpressive and unpredictable. Few clicks come Okay shots (being a flagship not upto mark) where as some other shots become pathetic. I am no photograph expert but simply by looking at the pics I am not satisfied. Clearly there us no details.. No sharpness no focus most of the times. So I dont know how I am going to live with this phone unless LG provides some kind of patch or upgrade to its camera.

Your words echo alot of G6 owners including myself. I have been using the ported Google camera with HDR+ . This has made all the difference. Hopefully LG sorts this out with the android 8 update.

Some of the best pictures I have ever taken we're taken by the G6 stock app..the Google camera was the icing on the cake..

Same. I never hated this camera.. Well once when I took a selfie with Joshua Vergara and it came out terrible so I didn't even post it.

Absolutely. I've seen many great photos taken with a G6 camera.

I'm pretty satisfied with the camera. It's still a phone, can't expect something big from low light-indoor conditions.
The selfie cam could be at least a bit better in low light, but I don't use it that much indoors.
