Same. I use the My Verizon app to manage my billing and account. It's the only one of the few useful apps of theirs, and even still you can just use a web browser for managing your account... I also like their messaging app. I haven't veered from it yet. I do enjoy how customizable it is.

I disabled all the Verizon apps except for my Verizon and message plus, which I really like as a messaging app.
