Keep getting pop up for file transfer when I plug in earphones

Whenever I plug in my USB type C earphones there is a pop-up about USB file transfer from an old device. It is something with the LG backup and i cant get it to stop.

When you plug into the USB port there is a pop-up that offers options such as file transfer, charging etc. You are usually offered the options and the choice of "always" and "just this time". It appears at some point you picked "always" for file transfer.
