Why is my mobile data not working?

Since my LG G6 received it's last update, about a week ago, my mobile data has no longer been working. Everything else seems to work normally except my data, and I've removed the SIM card and reset my network settings.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get your phone directly from your current carrier? If so, bring the phone to one of their stores and see if they can help. They might want to try a replacement SIM.

The close store is 1 hour away.. Is there anything I can try first..I moved from ct to ky..

Have you already tried calling your carrier's support phone number? They might be able to mail you a new SIM card, or at least help troubleshoot.
