Lg g6 keeps on rebooting

[Android Central Question]

My lg g6 keeps on reeboting when i am using it without charging. But if its loacked and still on charged then it again reboots while charging. As long as i keep using it with charging it works fine. When i plug the charger and lock the screen it reboots and goes into recovery mode. I tried changing the battery didnt help. Tried removing sd card , changed firmware nothing helps .. Any solution plz

How did you change the battery? Did you open up the G6 and replace it yourself, or send it into LG and had them replace it?

Yes i changed the battery my self

Its doesnt restarts when i am using it with wifi connection. Or when i am using it while charging

Sounds like either a firmware or hardware problem. You say you changed the firmware -- do you mean you rooted the phone and installed a custom ROM?

I didnt root. I installed the stock rom... It could be hardware but when i am using it with a charger plugged in. It works like a dream..

No it was on oreo but i install 7.0 as i have the canadian model which i believe cannot be rooted for customs..

It's hard to say for sure, but I'd guess it has something to do with the ROM you installed. If the ROM wasn't intended for your specific variant, it might cause problems. I don't have any ROM flashing experience, so I probably won't be able to help much more, sorry!
