LG G7 Thinq notification issue

Im having Lg G7 Thinq, no launcher installed. Im facing issues with notifications for some app like Microsoft Teams, Signal etc. For incoming messages and calls I dont get any notification.
I have all notification enabled, all permission given, all exclusion from battery savings, data usage everything is correct. But still having the same prblm. Tried with restart, safe mode, factory reset as well but no luck. Some apps are working with no issues, like whatsapp fb insta text messengers.

Thanks @mustang7757 I dont have any app cleaner, antivirus or vpn... I have tried Signal app by installing latest and some older varsions also but its not working.

Do you use DND ?

Yes on my cellular network I have activated dnd for unwanted calls.

Sure, Ill deactivate the DND servicces from network side.it will take time though.

Sorry, it didnt worked. I have deactivated the DND services from network side as well.
I have observed that, for incoming messeges on applications icon it flashes as new message received but as per other applications it doesnt ring or pop out from top.
And when signal or teams or gmail app is open then for incoming messages it rings.
