Cell connection randomly drops. Both calls and data, why ?

I have a LG G7+ Lmg-EAW, the international euro variant G7+. I am currently on AT&T. On speedtest.net and Movies series world both say i'm on LTE. But i always get ~3mbps as my max download speed.

I've also had calls randomly drop, as well as my data connection. Games will just randomly hang and then reconnect. Reddit apps wont refresh randomly. I've had a few calls just end abruptly. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Welcome to Android Central! It doesn't look like that variant supports AT&T's LTE bands, so you're probably stuck on 3G HSPA+:
