Call Log Not Working - Help please

I recently got a G7 Thinq. I transferred over my call log from and S7. Now, the main call log shows missed calls for just a little while and then they disappear - right before my eyes. Then, if you filter for only missed calls, you can see them again. Even worse, received and dialed calls show up not at all - not in the main area and not when filtered. So, my last call in or out is listed as Sept. 2, the last day I had the S7. I've looked all over the web and tried every setting I can think of and nothing works. Can anyone help?
 
Fixed it finally in case someone else is ever looking. I deleted the old calls from the S& that were transferred over and it started logging new calls. Bizarre.
