I recently rooted my android lg optimus elite vm696 and don't know what to do next. I installed the app "titanium backup" but don't know how to use the app at all. I really need some detailed info on how to backup my phone so that NOTHING is deleted off of my phone. I mainly rooted my phone to be able to customize my phones themes and things like that, to be able to uninstall stock apps and roms, to help better the life of my battery, (however I do that), and to possibly be able to get better signal/reception in my little tiny town. please help I am new to this whole rooted thing. I literally have no idea what im doing now that im rooted.....

you can flash recoveries that back up your data and its way easier . Use flashimagegui.apk to flash any compatible recovery to also flash roms and whatever you'd like .
