Optimus G Pro - Volume not working correctly

I think it started yesterday or the day before, but I put my phone on vibrate and a while later I try to turn the sound back up and it won't let me. I have to restart the phone in order to make it work. It's happened to me three times so far. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm getting the same issue. Also when making a call or receiving, and when call connects unable to hear person and vise versa. Is there a fix for this or do I have to do a factory reset?
