Wifi on startup

Hello, is it normal to have to manually enter my wifi password everytime I power up my phone?

I don't have an LG phone but it shouldn't be are you clicking remember the wifi or w/e it is?

I don't have to enter my password every time on my Optimus G. And after taking a quick look, I don't see an option to forget passwords...

What security are you using for your wireless? I use WPA/WPA2 PSK

Also, is there a difference in your experience between turning the phone off and on, and if you just go out of range and come back?

Hello, thanks for the responses. I am using the same security as you mentioned in your post. The issue is when I power up the phone. Once I connect to my wifi, I can toggle off and on the wifi and it automatically connects to my network.

I'm confused, it does connect or does not connect automatically to your wifi? If it does, then what's the issue? If it doesn't, then I believe I understand the issue.

Issue has resolved itself after jellybean update. I no longer have to type in my wifi info, it automatically connects.
