HELP! GPS Issues

I have been having GPS issues. Google maps and nav will not find my location. I have tried a clean install (wiping everything) of Reborn and CM7. Both have the same issue. I have downloaded GPS Status from the market, cleared A-GPS data, and then let it sit for about 20 minutes. It was only able to locate 3 or 4 sats and the accuracy was within about 1000 ft. Any thoughts?

yeah the gps accuracy at startup is pretty bad, but the accuracy improves greatly when the phone is moving, such as when it's in a car.

Let it run for 25 minutes with clear sky on the way home under the windshield of my car. At one point GPS Status said it was tracking 7 sats, but quickly fell to between 2 and 4. 165 meters was the best accuracy. Any other ideas?
