Kernel IHO 3.1 by BobZhome. Adds smartass2 and interactiveX. I need feedback on this one. IHO-kernelv3.1-sprint.zip

I'm happy with IHO 3a. I was going to make a new nightly with it installed, but I'll hold off and see how the 3.1 kernel acts.

Download new kernel! The governers are installed in there.

Interactivex and smartass2 IMO differ slightly! The performance is higher with these. On demand is better for battery life. I use interactivex.

Also noticing games freeze on smartass and interactive but fine with on demand.

Just updated to this Rom--will let you know how it goes! Does anyone know if blutooth works with this rom? On the one I had before, it would be very staticky.

i'm working on the bluetooth on the 9-19 one. It works on the 9-2 release.

I've been running Drew's CM7 for a long time now. After reading all of the good things about this ROM I'm going to give it a shot.

thekraven, thank you much for keeping up with this one. The Optimus S is the wolf in sheep's clothing, it just needs a little tweaking to get it running at peak performance. I'm going to flash this one now, after a couple of days of use I'll get back here and comment of how it runs on my device.

I tried to find google earth in the market and it does not show up. I went to the website and it said it was not compatible with my device. Then I found the APK file and installed it, it force closed. Is google earth not compatible with this ROM?

I think our processor is not up to their requirements. It says "
This app is incompatible with your Sprint LGE LG-LS670. "

Just switched over from Drews to try this out. So far it seems to run fairly smooth. Any plans on making a flashable zip for center clock on the notification bar?

I should have another build tonight that has bluetooth fixed.

I also just switched from Drew's to this CM7. It has only been a day but so far it's nice and smooth. Thank you much for keeping up with this!

The only thing that I have noticed is that the option under CyanogenMod settings to silence the camera shutter sound does not work.

interactiveX is said to lock at min speed now not sure about SA

After some more searching I came up with this from a post at XDA:
" Smartassv2 is a rewrite of the older smartass and it is supposedly more efficient in battery life. InteractiveX adds locking the CPU at the minimum frequency when the screen is off to improve battery life."
