Hey,
Is there anyone out there online right now who can help me re ROOT my phone and put a new ROM on it? I need to be walked through it as im not so swift on the draw here. I dont have any friends, and Im WILLING to learn! We all gotta start somewhere right? I have a Sprint Optimus S LS670ZVD. If anyone has heart enough to help me, Im online at theridge@gmail.com. So if anyone can help me out, I'd REALLY appreciate it!!!

Use gingerbreak or gingersnap for zvd. Either method is very simple to root your phone.
