Without sdcard, you would probably need to use KP500 or KDZ. With an sdcard you could use the ZVD update.zip or a NANDROID backup.

For KP500, you can find it in the reference section of the ZVH rooting thread.

Same for ZVD update.zip

NANDROID backups, I think there was a thread a week or two ago.

yeah still nothing
