sd card issues after root/rom/kernel

On stock 2.2 I had solved the issues of "sd card safe to remove"

Upgraded to stock 2.3, rooted using the one-click, flashed gROM, flashed drew's kernel, now the "sd card safe to remove" issue is back.


Any way to solve this without reverting?

That is a know issue with the zvh update. Some report that a full format of the SD helps or upgrading to a better class of card

Go for the upgrade of the card if you can. It should resolve this issue, you'll likely want more space soon, and you can relax a bit knowing that the files you keep on it are on a better quality card.
