Superuser/File Manager/Boot Animation Issues

I have the Quattrimus ROM and I was trying to change the Boot Animation. I got it to work once, just changed the name of the original one to bootanimation.bak and copied the new one in there with the name bootanimation.zip... Superuser granted permission and it copied the file instantly. I restarted the phone and the Boot Animation worked perfectly. Well then I decided I wanted to change it because I found a cooler one, so I deleted that new bootanimation.zip and tried to add a new one, well superuser popped up and said "granting permission", 15 seconds later it popped up again and said "granting permission", it never fully copied the file in there that time, just saying the same thing over and over.

I held the back button to exit the program and I went back in and I saw it there so I thought maybe it worked. I restarted and noticed it didn't work at all. So I go back into the file manager and delete that one and tried to copy the first one that I tried again, maybe the other ones had issues or something. Never worked again, just kept granting Superuser permission but never actually copying it.

There was an update to superuser not to long ago and reviews said there were issues with the update. Have you updated superuser? Other than that idk. I noticed on quattrimus when I deleted unicornporn.apk I got process errors...hope you figure it out..

I recommend SuperSU.

To see if SuperUser is still working correctly, open up the Terminal Emulator and see if the # Pops up. If not, Super User turned into complete BS.

Isn't that just the live wallpaper? I am fairly certain I usually delete that and haven't had any problems.

That's exactly what I thought.. I deleted it to open some room in the system and when I rebooted up popped this process error.. I said screw that and installed beta2 and left the apk...
