[ROM] CM-10.2 4.3 rom + 3.0x kernel

Give you girls and guys something to play with. CM-10.2 android 4.3.

• Latest bigsupersquid kernel sources as of beta2b
• Latest sync with Cyanogen 10.2 and androidarmv6 repos.
• Build 2 using built libril and zvd baseband and for sprint LS670, it should work for virgin with the usual fixes.
• Camera works
• Very limited system space, but with gapps it should be full.
• Check the extras folder for more system apps if you have room.
• Virgin Mobile fix is attached below.

Bugs:

• Probably the same carried over from cm10.1
• Voice dialer not recognizing the mic.
• Test and find out any new bugs
• I don't have the phone to test or debug, so this is a starting point for new devs.

Changelog:
:Build3 reduced languages in the build, so gapps should fit now. Before gapps, it should leave 22 MB left in the system partition.

• Full wipe in recovery
• Install the rom, gapps, virgin fix (if any)

Pretty sure it's something to do with with goo.im
I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for it for it to be able to download.
