someone help please

i just got done flashing my phone and got the rom and everything... once i deleted everything off my sd card i lost all my ring tones... can you help me, make a folder of optimus s ring tones or somthing?

Reflash ThundeROM. It pushes ringtones to the SD card on flashing.

i didn't work i re flashed it and it still says silent... maby if i try a difrent rom

fixed it just download the back up rom and they should just pop up in there, did have to uninstall sprint zone again but no biggy
