No Audio on Video Transferred from Phone to PC

I have the LG Optimus LS670. I transferred video from my phone to my pc & have no audio. Does anyone know how to fix this? (for free)

you mean video that you recorded with the phone's camera? What OS are you using and what player are you using to watch the videos?

If you're on windows try getting VLC and playing them in that. i've never had an issue.

Good Evening captmeach7, Thanks for replying. Yes - video that I recorded w/the phone's camcorder. Our HP Computer operates on Windows 7 & I've attempted to play the video(s) using the regular Windows Media Player. I get Video - but no Audio. If I install VLC - whenever I attempt to play a Video from the phone - will it simply work? Or is there other things I need to do to use VLC?

VLC uses its own set of codecs so it's a versatile player. It should play as soon as you install. You may get "rebuilding font cache" when it first starts but this is normal and it takes a couple minutes.
