Alright, so my phone was out of service because I lost my job back in November. I accidentally did a factory reset, and sprint's ID bloatware kicked in asking me to install an ID, which I can't do without a data connection. Long story short, I rooted my phone to get rid of sprint's bs. Now yesterday, I restored my service and quickly noticed I had no 3g connection at all on my phone. Just. Doesn't. Work. I call sprint customer care, and they have me reprogram my phone. Nothing. System restore, nothing. All kinds of stuff. I think "Maybe this is a problem related to rooting my phone." and I unroot, and revert to stock rom. Still no 3g connection. I bring my phone to the sprint store, sprint's in store techs were at a loss. They couldn't fix it, and ended up charging me $35 to have a new phone sent out.
What I'd like to know is how I can restore my 3g service so I can refund my money and not have to go back to the sprint store.
